"Mylinda was my stylist, and it was the best experience I've had at Sports Clips. She actually educated me on what product would be best for my desired hair look, because I've been getting either too greasy or brick hard hair. She gave me a great haircut and had great attention to detail. If I lived in Wichita and wasn't just visiting, I would have a new hair person."

"We are just passing thru and they were able to take us right away. Great haircuts, wonderful shoulder massage and very pleasant employees."

"Been here twice and both times they didn’t cut my hair the way I asked. The second time we went off a photo and she still couldn’t get it right. I will say they are very nice people but I hate paying for a messed up haircut."

"This place caters to men. There is sports memorabilia all over the walls and TV's at every chair so you don't have to miss any of the [insert sports team here]. I don't go here for the sports. I got hooked when I worked close by and I liked getting my hair cut over my lunch. They have three packages, the cheapest one is just a haircut, the middle one is a haircut and a shampoo, and the most expensive one is a haircut, shampoo, and a neck and shoulder massage. The prices are $15, $18, and $20 respectively. The thing that hooked me was the hot towel they give you when they're shampooing you. I had a cold and it cleared my sinuses. So, even though I don't work by there anymore, I'll make the drive up there every other week to get a hot towel. The girls in there are nice too. Overall, it's a decent place to get your haircut for how much you pay and what you get."

"I have been going to this location since I moved to Wichita in 2005. It has been great up until about 6 months ago when a new manager took over. Now, it is ALWAYS a 45-60 minute wait whenever I go in, even at 10am on a Sunday morning. The staff used to be friendly and professional. Now they are rude and loud, sounding more like a bar than a salon. They promote the "no appointment necessary" as a good thing, which it is if you can get in within 5-10 minutes. But when the wait is routinely an hour, that's not a good thing. They either need to hire more stylists or the ones who they do have need to talk less and work more. Very disappointed in how this location has declined from a 4-5 star locale to 1 star in the past 6 months. I will not be going here again."

"The girls here are friendly and efficient. Tightened both my boys up exactly how I asked. Good experience that I will come back for."

"I go to the one on maize road, Krystal does an awesome job! She cuts my 2 year olds hair, and he is a typical kid and gets fussy and she very patient with him. All the staff is really nice as well! I definitely recommend Krystal for haircuts!"

"I was in town from Texas and stopped in to get my hair cut. Even though I had been to a sports clips before they still gave me the VIP treatment because I had not been to this particular location before. The young woman who cut my hair didn't just rush through my hair cut as so many people do when I ask for a "high and tight." Since my hair grows several different directions especially my bangs she was very thorough. Ask for Jill (you'll know her by her multi-colored hair...if she still rocks it of course) and she should double as a masseuse! Whenever I return for a visit and need a hair cut, for sure I'll be asking for Jill. Not only that, but their staff is courteous and polite."

"Update, the owner contacted me immediately and made it right as best she could. So I would give them 5 stars for the response to my concerns."

"Love the service. Not a long wait to be taking car of and be off to your day."
